Payment

Bump to Baby can take payment via debit/credit card. This transaction is carried out on PayPal's secure server which has 128 bit encryption. If you wish to purchase your order via this method, follow the instructions when placing your order.
 
If you do not wish to pay using PayPal, please place your order and a member of Bump to Baby staff will phone you to arrange a different form of payment.  We can take credit/debit card details over the phone if this is preferred or you can send us a cheque.

Delivery

We aim to process your order within one working day of the order being placed.  Providing all items are in stock delivery to mainland UK will be between 3-5 working days. 
The cost of delivery is: £3.50
 

Garments can be delivered to a different address from the billing address for your convenience.  

 
Returns Policy

At Bumptobabyuk.co.uk we hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, but we know that isn't always the way, what with your changing figure and trying to judge your new size!
If you aren't completly happy with your order or have changed your mind, then please return the goods unworn/unwashed with the tags still on within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.  Please fill out the returns form that was in with your order and then send the parcel back to us.

Please note that returns postage cannot be refunded, when returning goods we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot accept liability for loss or damaged in transit.

Items returned will be exchanged or a refund will be given in the same manner as which the item was paid for.  These are processed as soon as possible usually within 5 working days of receipt.
